Credit Systems Design (CSD), the developer of the AMPS System, is a division of Credit Bureau of Connecticut (CBCT). CBCT and its affiliated divisions recently celebrated its 75th year in business.

CSD has provided AMPS System technology and support to the mortgage reporting industry since 1987. During that time we have worked in cooperation with our system users to meet the increasingly complex demands of the marketplace.

CSD represents one of only twelve Mortgage Reporting Systems approved by Fannie Mae for direct access to Desktop Underwriter and their MORNETPlus Network.


About Our Data Center

Unlike many service providers, Credit Systems Design maintains its own state-of-the-art data center in our Connecticut facility. The availability of our data center and the servicing of its users are our number 1 priority. About Our Staff

CSD maintains a highly trained and seasoned staff of customer support professionals. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30AM to 7:00PM (EST). Optional after-hour pager support is also available.

Our skilled staff of support technicians includes a Service Supervisor who is available within the department should additional assistance be required at any time. Both CSD management and our Software Department are also available should a service call require further escalation. We employ a call-distribution system to quickly and effectively direct calls to the next available technician. This system provides an overflow feature to ensure that no one will have to wait longer than three minutes to reach a qualified customer support technician. At CSD, you will not have to sit on hold, or leave a voice message in hope of a returned call. You will always reach a qualified and friendly voice to help you with your question.
