Who is CSD?
Credit Systems Design (CSD), is a division of the Credit Bureau
of Connecticut and the developer of the UltraAMPS System.
Who is NCRA?
National Credit Reporting Association (NCRA) is a not-for-profit
association founded in 1989 to represent mortgage credit reporting
companies nationwide.
What is UltraAMPS?
UltraAMPS is CSD's new mortgage report processing system, and
significantly upgraded our previous AMPS technology. CSD and
our AMPS System technology have been servicing the mortgage
reporting industry since 1987.
What is the NCRA/CSD
Fannie Mae Affiliation Program?
CSD and NCRA have developed a comprehensive Affiliation Program
for the purpose of facilitating low cost access to Fannie Mae's
MORNETPlus Network.
Do I need to be a member
of NCRA to use
the NCRA/CSD Fannie Mae Affiliation Program?
While NCRA membership is not required for the use of the UltraAMPS
system, it is required to take advantage of the NCRA/CSD Fannie
Mae Affiliation Program. If a credit-reporting agency is not
already a member of NCRA, they will need to become a member to
take advantage of UltraAMPS' direct access to Fannie Mae.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. You choose the pricing for all of your customers.
Are there any regional,
geographic or
territorial restrictions to where I can market credit reports?
There are no regional, geographic or territorial restrictions
on the use of the UltraAMPS System or the NCRA/CSD Fannie Mae
Affiliation Program.
What additional
hardware do I need to
purchase to become a NCRA/CSD Fannie Mae Affiliate?
None. UltraAMPS is a web-based system that may be accessed via
any Internet-enabled PC.
What is the AMPSLink.com?
AMPSLink is UltraAMPS' browser-based order and delivery system.
AMPSLink provides your clients Internet access to our UltraAMPS
system via Internet-enabled PC's. In addition, AMPSLink supports
among the largest number of System
Interfaces in the industry.
What is the AMPS Quicklink
package?
AMPS Quicklink is UltraAMPS' Windows-based end-user access software.
AMPS Quicklink provides your customers with dial-up access to
our UltraAMPS system from any Windows-based PC.
