April 16, 2008 - AVM Value with Confidence Score Available on Merge Report

Latest Option from UltraAMPS to Include AVM & Confidence Score on the Merge Report.

Merged reports may now be enhanced to include Automated Property Value and Confidence Score for any of our supported AVM Models. The customer can be configured to always receive the AVM or only receive it if the middle score exceeds a defined threshold. The customer will receive this data as part of the Report Summary and the full AVM is available in AMPSLink
