June 6, 2005 - Cascading AVM's Now Available on AMPSLink

June 6, 2005 - CSD is pleased to announce the addition of the following new Automated Valuation Model (AVM) products to help improve your bottom line. These AVM products are available through AMPSLink and may be "Cascaded" allowing you to offer your customers the most flexible solutions available.

The Cascading feature provides your customers with the ability to select multiple AVM's based on a set of established parameters. Your customer may select the order of AVM's based on business rules, loan elements or geography at the state and/or county level. The customer has the option to accept AVM value(s) based on confidence score, loan amount or other parameters. An AVM report with a low confidence score may be designated by the customer to automatically access another AVM report from an alternate source.

The following Cascading AVM products are available through our AMPSLink site:

1. Freddie Mac Home Value Explorer (HVE); This is an active AMPSLink AVM product that is now also available with the Cascading feature.

2. (new) Home Price Analyzer (HPA); The Home Price Analyzer (HPA) is a Internet-based system that provides a comprehensive statistical home valuation tool designed to give your customer:

• Property valuation: A reasonable alternative to Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) at a fraction of the cost, and confidence scores that greatly enhance the accuracy of the values returned.
• Current ownership data: Allows access to all sale and lien data (with REALM option).
• Wide geographic coverage: Historical data within 7,200 zip codes and 1,000 counties.

3. (new) ValuePoint4 (VP4); ValuePoint4 produces property valuations using real-time public record data, site-inspected property characteristic data obtained from appraisal and Multiple Listing Service databases, and historical sales/appraised value information. With ValuePoint4, your customers can produce residential value estimates for a single property or thousands of properties. Users can perform a current market valuation using the industry's most current and comprehensive database, or request a historical property valuation to determine the validity of a prior sales price or appraised value estimate.
