September 1, 2005 - Expanded AVM Services Now Available on AMPSLink

September 1, 2005 - CSD is pleased to announce the expansion of our Automated Valuation Model (AVM) products to help improve your bottom line. These new AVM products are in addition to the AVM products already available through AMPSLink and support our "Cascading" feature.

Cascading allows you to offer your customers the most flexible solutions available by providing your customers with the ability to select multiple AVM's based on a set of established parameters. Your customer may select the order of AVM's based on business rules, loan elements or geography at the state and/or county level. The customer has the option to accept AVM value(s) based on confidence score, loan amount or other parameters. An AVM report with a low confidence score may be designated by the customer to automatically access another AVM report from an alternate source.

The following new Cascading AVM products are now available through our AMPSLink site:

1. Case, Shiller & Weiss (CASA); Now Available; Case, Shiller & Weiss is a market-leading AVM for accurate, fast value estimates and predictive collateral scores for residential properties. CASA leverages a very large property records database, and multiple market-specific analytic approaches to estimate current market values for individual residential properties.
   
2. PASS; Now Available; Property Analytical and Statistical Summation (PASS) is an online, real-time automated valuation model (AVM) for residential properties. Powered by proprietary data warehousing and analytic technology, PASS delivers highly accurate and reliable valuation results for first mortgage, home equity, and high LTV lenders.

These new Cascading AVM's join CSD's existing list of supported AVM's in providing your customers with the maximum flexibility for their product selection, and all from our single AMPSLink site. Other Cascading AVM's from CSD include:
