May 29, 2007 - CSD is pleased to provide our Affiliates with our newly designed and enhanced UltraAMPS Billing System.

This new billing system will provide a number of new features summarized below, and is consistent with the goal to achieve a “paperless” billing function. This goal is especially timely with the recently expanded Post Office fees and requirements for the delivery of standard mail. You may now offer your customers the option to view or print on-line the exact level of detail they require to accommodate their cost centers or bill-back arrangements with loan officers or “net branches”.

UltraAMPS new billing system features include:

Credit Card Processing Options - Ability to use a credit card at Point-of-Sale, apply a credit card to a particular Report Invoice, or pay the entire invoice through our Auto-Charge feature.
Real-Time Invoicing and Management Reports - Your customers may view all billable charges, add-ons, fees, credits and point-of-sale payments made during the invoice period.
Flexible Invoicing Schedules - Monthly, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, etc.
Individual Report Invoice - Ability to generate an invoice for all charges associated with a particular credit report.
Invoice Line-Item Options - View individual charges in detail or collapsed into one line- item amount.
Creation of Cost Centers - Ability to create and invoice operators/loan-offices to separate cost-centers.
Easy to Read Format - Charges on an invoice can be subtotaled by a customer-defined cost-center, facilitating multi-office or net-branch accounting.
Electronic Notification Messages - Receive e-mail notifications of finalized invoices, successful or failed auto-charges, and credit card expiration warnings.
